Talk is cheap - too bad government isn't.

Reckless spending has driven California to the brink of disaster.

Government spends too much money and wastes too much time waging war on our values and our wallets.

It’s time we held them accountable.

We have to end the silly political games and focus on creating jobs, improving schools and keeping neighborhoods safe.

In the past, California led the nation in jobs, innovation, good schools - it was truly the "Golden State", full of promise and opportunity. I want to reclaim that California dream for my grandchildren. That's why I'm running for Assembly.

But I need your help to get to start fighting for these changes.

It will take a lot of hard work - and some pundits don't think this district is worth fighting for. I do - and with your help, we can win and put California back on the right track!

• Audit every department to identify and eliminate fraud or waste.
  
  
• Improve schools by holding teachers & administrators accountable.
  
  
• Reform public pensions to control costs.
  
  
• Make the Legislature operate by the same rules they impose on citizens & businesses.
